On YouTube we have a series called “Ask Chadwick” where we answer any questions you or your patients have. A lot of them are pulled from conversations our customer service team has come across, but we also have a submission form to directly request topics for discussion.
Our Why
Why are we doing this?
We’ve become known as a consulting lab over the years. Every day, we get questions about anything from lens designs to device recommendations. We figured it would be useful to start posting videos about the questions we get asked to help anyone out there looking for the answers.
In addition to content for practitioners(opens in new tab), we are creating patient-focused YouTube videos(opens in new tab) as well, for two reasons. First, to help patients find non-jargon-filled answers to questions they have about what they’re going through. Second, to give you, the practitioner, somewhere to direct your patients to when there just isn’t enough time during a visit to cover everything.
So, please check out our channel. We’re posting new videos all the time and hope you find them useful.
